Breaking news! I have found some things I can take to Heaven. Of course I have to make sure that I am going there in the first place, ha ha. That is the number one thing I must make sure about, and I know I will be happily living in heaven for a long long time. How do I know? Well, it's not a secret, it's loudly proclaimed news that Jesus said, "I am the Way [to Heaven]..." [John 14:6] So, that's cool, I'm going to Heaven because I know Jesus has opened the door wide as, and I have already entered in. How good is that? Good, really good. We are told in no uncertain terms that Salvation is offered freely to all who want it badly enough because Jesus has already paid our ticket. It's like Jesus paid for a flight to L.A. and we left it on the mantle piece, or table, or wherever and meant to use it. One day the flights have all gone and the time is finished to use our ticket, so it is rendered useless.  I guess the parable for us is to trust in Jesus while we are alive - today - because we don't know what's going to happen tomorrow, do we? Maybe we will live to be ninety or even one hundred, but nobody can be sure about that, so better get on that 'plane to heaven now, book your seat and sit down, relax and enjoy the journey.  Is that all? Is there nothing else to do after trusting in Jesus.  There is much, much more to think about, to do and to plan for, and I'm going to show you a few amazing things in this blog  as we follow the trail of our salvation and discover how many different things we can take to heaven. I can hardly wait to tell you, but will stop here for a moment to take a breather as my mind is whirring with ideas, Scripture verses and God's Holy Spirit moving in a wonderous way...I want you to join me.
